MOD Pizza

Placed an online pick up order and when I arrived a few minutes past that it wasn't ready. Store wasn't particularly busy either. I was not greeted for 30 minutes. Even after I stated I was here for a pickup order I wasnt asked who it was for or even acknowledged that it was being made. My order still wasn't ready or even being worked on 50 minutes past my pick up time. Customer service was awful. Definitely won't be coming back or recommending it.

The place is very accessible from many points in the Lancaster area, as it is located in the Belmont Shopping Center. The store adheres to the same atmosphere of all MOD Pizza stores, and their food choices are essentially the same with all stores. What is being noted in this review was when our family dined in here a few days from this post, one of the servers has a full-grown beard and the one who prepared our food. While we are not particular at all towards anybody's appearance, we do when it comes to food safety and we're not bargaining on it. The gentleman, while very efficient in taking our pizza orders, should have worn a "beard catcher" to prevent any of his hair from falling on the customer's food. This is always being noted by a health inspector every time a business is inspected for health and safety matters. We also counted three staff members on duty during our stay but nobody bothered to empty the garbage bins that are already overflowing. While our pizzas turned out deliciously good as expected, we have to point out the flaws that were observed regarding this shop. Management needs to address these promptly.

Super friendly and helpful staff, and delicious food as always. Mod has been and will be my favorite pizza place forever. Their gluten free crust is awesome and their topping selection is vast and delicious.

MOD or made on demand pizza..they have 9 different combinations on their classic menu with names like "the Mad Dog and Dillon James" or pick your size, 6 inch or 11 and create your own from over 40 different available toppings..we tried the Lucy Sunshine ,the dough was very thin and fresh... the combination of mozzarella and parmesan along with artichokes, garlic and a few dollops of red sauce made a delicious pizza. We will definitely return the next time we're in the Lancaster area

My wife and I were looking for a place to go to for a quick bite to eat and a place where we could bring our dog. We found MOD Pizza. It is basically a fast casual restaurant that follows the pattern of Chipotle. Not that they serve Mexican but they serve high quality ingredients and they are made to order and everything is done relatively quick. So you end up with a pizza that is close to an artisan Pizza in a short amount of time for a very reasonable price. We don't have anything like that where we live so I thought it was a very good business model on the pizza was delicious.
